Weed control should be a top priority in any lawn care strategy, whether residential or commercial. Our goal at Turfworks is to keep weeds from germinating, which we accomplish through a strict regimen of pre- and post-emergent weed control product applications.
FUNGICIDE
To halt the spread of common lawn fungus. South Carolina humidity promotes the development of disease in your lawn or sod. Curative fungicides are provided at no additional cost to restore your lawn's health.
INSECTICIDE
To get rid of turf-damaging insects on your lawn. Grubs and armyworms can infest and damage your lawn's root systems. Insecticides are included in our monthly plan whenever a threat is present.
LAWN AERATION
Lawn aeration improves water and nutrient absorption, eliminates thatch, and promotes grass root growth. Failure to aerate a lawn, or failure to do so properly, can result in an unsightly lawn that is difficult to maintain and susceptible to a slew of problems.
TOPDRESSING
Topdressing is the best way to revitalize your lawn without having to pull up all of your grass (which is inconvenient) and start over. As your grass grows through the topdressing layer, the organic material is incorporated into the soil beneath it, adding nutrients and improving soil quality.
